General Terms & Conditions for Half Price Leisure Breaks
- The voucher is valid for use until your promotional period is over (see voucher) and excludes Bank Holiday Weekends, the Christmas and New Year periods and special events (eg. Valentines) unless otherwise specified in the individual hotel’s listing.
- The voucher entitles two people sharing a twin or double room to stay for a minimum of 2 nights for half the standard rack rate at one of the listed hotels. There is no obligation to dine at the hotels.
- The offer is subject to availability and the hotel’s individual terms and conditions will apply at the time of your stay.
- The voucher holder is responsible for contacting the hotel, stating that the booking is to be made using an AIM Half Price Leisure Break voucher. One voucher per booking. New bookings only. Group bookings are excluded. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or promotion.
- When booking your stay you must state that you hold an AIM Half Price Leisure Break Voucher. For certain hotels the voucher must be handed in to reception on arrival at the hotel to ensure that your stay is calculated at the Half Price rate (please check with the individual hotel during the booking process).
- Prices shown are per room, per night before discount.
- Prices are correct at the time of going to press but may change without notice.
- This voucher does not cover any supplements, drinks or other extras. Accounts must be settled in full on departure. The promoter and AIM cannot be held responsible for any disagreements that may arise concerning the amount of the account as presented by the hotelier. Any dispute must be settled with the hotelier direct.
- The promoter and AIM cannot be held responsible for the suitability or otherwise of any hotels listed.
- In the event of a cancelled booking it will be at the hotels discretion to refund any deposit paid. Voucher holders are advised to check the hotels cancellation policy at the time of booking.
- The promoter and AIM can give no guarantee of any hotels availability at any time. The description of each hotel is for guidance only.
- Each hotel listed has confirmed its willingness to participate in the AIM Half Price Leisure Break offer. The promoter and AIM can accept no responsibility for any hotel refusing to accept a booking for reasons of their own nor can they accept responsibility should any hotels cease to trade.
- The cash redemption value of this voucher is 0.0001p. No alternative will be offered.
